Return policy

1. Eligibility

  • You may return thermos cups and ceramic cups within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags/accessories intact.
  • Customized products (e.g., engraved cups) are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Package the item securely, clearly marking the RA number on the exterior.
  3. Ship returns to: 74 Rue Léon Trulin, Lille, Hauts-de-France 13177, France.
  4. You are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for proof of delivery.

3. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds: Processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting returned items. Funds will be credited to your original payment method (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
  • Replacements: Available for defective or damaged items. We will ship a replacement at no extra cost once the returned item is verified.

4. Exceptions

  • No returns for items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
  • Late returns (after 14 days) will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
  • Clearance or discounted items are non-returnable unless defective.
